All Sera Sera orders have free express post shipping on all orders over $50.00 for all Australian residents.
Sunshine Coast Locals- we offer free delivery to costal suburbs in a 15km radius of Minyama 4575.
if you fall out of this region and live on the Sunny Coast, please flick us an email or message, we may still be able to deliver to you or arrange for a pick up.🤗🤗
We know you’d love your new items as soon as possible and we’d love to guarantee the delivery times, but that will depend on the area you live and our delivery partner. We’re sure you’re all aware that some regional areas may take longer to deliver to than central/metro areas. Your Sera Sera goodies are being shipped from the beautiful Sunshine Coast in Queensland (we'll try pack a little of our sunshine into the parcel for you). Sometimes during peak periods items may take longer to ship out to you; rest assured though, you will be notified via email of any issues and we will have it sorted in a flash! For all metro customers who don’t receive their items within 7 business days of confirmation of your order please contact us with your full name and order number and we will look into it faster than you can snap your fingers and say “Sera Sera has the fiercest jewellery”. It’s also not a bad idea to check in with your local post office in case it’s there waiting for collection. Once your order is packed and has left our dispatch office, you will receive an email notification with all relevant shipping information.
Overseas
Unfortunately, delivery on items outside of Australia will incur additional delivery/shipping charges. The applicable charges will be calculated for you at time of checkout - prior to the finalisation of your payment. Our international delivery carrier will depend on the destination of your order. If you are receiving your order outside of Australia, you will be responsible for all taxes/duties incurred through the customs department of the country to which you are shipping. Though unlikely, It can be possible for some orders to experience a delay at customs. Unfortunately, as Customs are a government body we have no control over this.
Delivery Damage
Here at Sera Sera we want to ensure that your order is safe & sound from the second it leaves us to the moment it hits your hands! We have your goodies in a handmade protective pouch and use reputable shipping companies. All orders are photographed upon packaging and the photo is sent to you with your orders shipping information via email. In the very rare instance that you receive a package that you deem to be damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving with photos and details of the damage.
Incorrect Address-
It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, you need to contact us within 48 hours before your order is dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, we will not issue a refund or pay for re-delivery of your purchase.
